The life of sculptures

In this series, I observe sculpture as a form outside of time. Light falling on marble or plaster turns material into breath; shadow does not outline form, it reveals presence.

What interests me is not the object itself, but the moment it awakens — when the statue ceases to be a thing and becomes a gaze, a gesture, a state. The photograph captures not a reproduction of form, but an encounter with it.
